He’ll be playing the role of Kyouhei in the live-action version of Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (a.k.a. The Wallflower/Perfect Girl Evolution). And since I know nothing about it before this news, I think it will be better for us to refer for Wikipedia for more info.

Well, since I know nothing about the character Kame’s going to play, I asked those who knew about the character and the manga itself. And it seems it’s a total crack!! That actually made me more excited since it means Kame will do comedy again!!
Kame + comedy = LOVE!!
But sometimes, I just wish that he won’t have the lead roles anymore. Any supporting role will do actually. It’s because having lead roles means higher expectations (especially having a lead role from a manga adaptation)…and a lot of stupid bashers!! But I think that’s what made me love Kame more!! He wants to do things to the best of his abilities even with a lot of people who wants to bring him down. Oh Kame~~~
Honestly, the bashers’ words hurt me a lot to the point that I’m already in tears. I just don’t know why they continue to hate Kame and bringing up the “sales tax” shit that’s higher than Kame’s drama ratings. It’s not as if he’s the only actor (or even any talent from Johnny’s) who lead a drama and received ratings lower than 6%. And even have the nerve of concluding that he’ll ruin the reputation of Yamato Nadeshiko just because he’s in it. It’s really stupid right?? I think even if I’m not a Kame fan, I will still think that those people are such low-life assholes!!
Another thing!! TBS is even looking for ‘extras’ who will have the role of being Kyouhei’s fangirls who’ll stalk him anywhere he goes. And I immediately thought that there’s no one more perfect for that role than me!! *bricked* But then, I suddenly remembered the feeling of having the opportunity right in front of your eyes but still couldn’t grasp it!! Because that ‘extra’ part is only for Japanese girls…….These are the moments when I pity myself for not feeling the pride of nationalism.
But still, I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who expressed to me their support for Kame in playing this role!! You don’t know how much it means to me…and I think to him too (though indirectly). It relieves my stress from all the friggin’ bashers of his who I don’t even know where they’re getting their hate from. Hmmm…let’s not talk about worthless people anymore. Please help me defeat those low-life people by showing Kamenashi-kun all the support that he can get from us in playing this role!!
